Amorex comes from a very strong mare line. His dam, the Diploma and Elite mare Norea, is the most elegant broodmare I have ever seen. Her dam, Nirosa, was also a Diploma mare, and an Elite Mare. Nirosa's dam, Nicette, was a Diploma mare and the winner at Elmia, the national show.

Amorex's sire Amiral was a world famous GP dressage stallion, ridden to many European championships by Kyra Kyrklund.
